Congrats? Alexander!
4/11/07 Alexander found out this morning that he won 1st place at the Virginia State FBLA competition for Visual Basic. He now gets to compete at the national level in Chicago in June. [Just a reminder that Alexander has never taken Visual Basic... Daddy suggested that the computer programming thing must be in the blood...] Congrats Alexander!
Alexander and I spent today on the road driving to Atlanta for the National Robotics Competition. It starts tomorrow and wraps up on Friday evening. Hopefully his team will do well. At the very least it will be a great learning experience. Alexander and I are just freaking out from being on the 34th floor of the hotel with an open atrium and glass elevators! My ears popped in the elevator! I forgot the digital camera so we'll see what kind of pix I can get of this event. There are banners throughout the city of Atlanta welcoming the robotics teams, and there are [geeky-looking] kids everywhere! Should be a fun couple of days!

Were you staying at the Marriott Marquis? I've stayed there, it's cool.
